Diversity, equality and inclusion are at the foundation of everything we do. We empower the diversity of the creative generation, staying true to our beliefs and teaming up with others that do the same. We support those who fight for freedom of speech and self-expression, civil rights and gender equality, the LGBTQIA+ community and BIPoC to raise awareness.
This is a great ambition, we’re not perfect and still have a long way to go. But we’re willing to question the status quo to learn and be better, every day.
As of today, we’re working on many aspects, but our focus is people, our business areas and our communities. We are constantly learning, educating our teams, creating knowledge, awareness, and questioning the status quo. At the same time, we’re expanding our representation at Weekday, becoming more and more inclusive in order to work with even more diverse teams, creatives and models. We’re also extending our collaborations and partnerships with our communities to contribute to a more inclusive world.
