Partnering with the Civil Rights Defenders

We have a long-term partnership with Civil Right Defenders, which includes sharing experiences and learnings on questions within the framework of our shared values. Civil Rights Defenders provide us with expert opinions on topics that relate to parts of our business and help us making informed decisions. They also educate us through lectures, and we support their work by donations as well as brand awareness. As an example, during 2021, all money made from our Studio Made collaborations are donated to Civil Rights Defenders. 

What does Civil Right Defenders do?

Civil Rights Defenders is an international human rights organization that partners with human rights activists who work in some of the world’s most repressive regions. The activists are journalists, lawyers, LGBTQI rights advocates or activists fighting for land rights. Through advocacy, litigation, security solutions and public campaigns, Civil Rights Defenders advance people’s rights globally, and demand accountability from those who violate human rights.
