Return and refund policy
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.
We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse for all orders placed until 29th of May 2023. For all orders placed after 30th of May 2023, we will deduct return fee of 2.9 € / 29 NOK / 29 SEK / 2.9 CHF / 2.9 GBP from the refunded amount upon return.
You can return your order in store (where available) in Sweden and Netherlands for free (no return fee applicable).
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores (except for Sweden and the Netherlands). Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday Customer Service.

How to return:
Log in to our returns portal with your order number (found on your order confirmation) and email address, and let us know what you want to return and why. You can return more than one order or parcel at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.

Courier Collection
Once you have booked your home collection on your chosen date, the courier collecting the parcel will bring a returns label with them. Collections can be booked up to 2 working days in advance.

You can easily arrange for a DPD courier to pick up your return yourself via the DPD return portal. When clicking on the link you will be redirected to right page immediately, and you just need to enter your order reference number and select the date for the pick-up

How to return via SEUR parcel shop:
1. Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible) and be sure to include your completed Return Form.
2. Select your preferred way of returning the parcel:
Pick Up Location
- Attach your pre-paid label to the parcel and drop off at a SEUR
parcel shop of your choice.
- If you need a new return label, this can be easily requested via the DPD/SEUR return portal.
- SEUR will provide you with a drop-off receipt to track your parcel's progress.
Home Pick up
- You can easily arrange for a DPD courier to pick up your return via the same DPD/SEUR return portal
- The courier will provide a receipt when the parcel has been collected.
- Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.
- We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

Returns are label-less. Book your return via the link in the Budbee tracking text. You can choose to return your parcel to a locker or have it collected from your home.
In-store return
You are welcome to return online orders in WEEKDAY stores in Sweden. Bring the item(s) along with your E-receipt or Delivery Note and we’ll help you out. You will be refunded through the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note that items purchased on hm.com cannot be refunded or exchanged in Weekday stores.

All Weekday orders from H&M should be returned to H&M online following the instructions in your parcel. This means that it's not possible to return a Weekday order from H&M in either Weekday or H&M stores or to Weekday online.

Standard Delivery – please use any of the following options:
Royal Mail drop off/Home Collection
Register your return in the Royal Mail return portal. An email will be sent to you which includes two labelling options. If you arrange a home collection you do not need to print a label:
1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.
2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.
Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.
Evri drop off
Take your parcel to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.
Evri home collection
Arrange for Evri to pick up your return by clicking here. Evri will collect from your chosen address and provide you with a collection receipt. With this you can track the parcel's progress.
