We’re here for you. Have a look through our FAQs and reach out if you have questions about your order, a product, returns or anything else. We’ve got answers.
We want to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, meaning we are unable to make changes to your order once this has been placed.
You may be able to amend the delivery address or divert your parcel with the carrier once the order has shipped. You can see your options when you receive your tracking information.
Returns can take up to 14 days to reach us. We’ll let you know by email once this has been refunded. If you do need to contact us about your return, make sure to have your proof of return available.
Returning to us is easy, just visit our returns page for instructions.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip.
We will deduct a return fee of 2.9 CHF from the refunded amount upon return.
Currently, this service is only available in Sweden and the Netherlands, but we are always looking to expand our offering.
The delivery timeframe is shown at checkout when you place your order and on your order confirmation.
Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your order with the carrier!
Did you know? You can track your order under “My account” when you sign in and on the “Track order” page on site!
You can add a voucher in the cart or in the checkout at the “discount code” section.
If you’ve been emailed a discount code, make sure to sign into your account to use this.
If an item you love is out of stock we recommend checking back on the website regularly and signing up to our newsletter to get all the latest updates on what’s available.
