RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return - Each order you return will cost $25. This cost also applies per order if returning multiple orders in one parcel. This will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. We can only accept returns of cosmetic or perfume items if the product is unopened to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores (except for Sweden and the Netherlands). Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable. If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday customer service.
We’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse.
A returns note is included in your parcel. On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning. Include this in the package. If you no longer have this form, you can print a new one here.
Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the return label.

Visit UPS to book your return, print a return label and schedule a pick up.
Please make sure you use the order number that starts with "E" when you book a return with UPS. You will find the "E" order number on the returns note.
